If I'm not mistaken, the Swift springs might be a bit lower than the Spoon Springs. I cut the bump stops on mine when I swapped in the Spoon Springs because that's what the Spoon instructions said. I almost didn't, but I also didn't want to take apart the suspension for something stupid that could have been preventable.
