Used KTuner - model specific?

Question about buying a used KTuner and I haven't been able to find a definitive answer. If you buy one for sale that is, for example, listed as installed in a 2015 Honda Accord, can it be installed in a 2019 Civic Si if you download the software specific to the 2019 Civic Si? If this is possible, I'm guessing this would be just the maps for the Civic (and ideally delete the maps for the Accord so you don't mistakenly install the wrong maps)?

Unit would be unlocked from the Accord ECU of course.
