Looking to buy a Sonic Grey or Black 2022 Civic Sport Touring Hatchback 6MT in the DFW area. Trying to keep it MSRP + tax/fees which should be around 33k. If anyone knows a dealer in the area that would sell at this price please DM me. I'll be paying all cash / cashier check.

Nothing wrong by been stubborn.
The dealers game are very aggressive.

you might need to fly out and visit an old friend and drive a car home from out of state for the right price.

Do NOT pay over MSRP. You'll just be feeding into the dealer markup bs and proving their point that they can do whatever they want. Unless you absolutely NEED the car right now, just watch and wait and plan on traveling for a deal.

Yea bud, I'm with you. I'm hoping that with interest rates going up, it will reduce the number of buyers that can afford these higher prices. It's really a waiting game at the moment.
