Yes, I am running the Radium CCV with the replacement reservoir. There is no conflict. I would guess the reservoir holds something between 16-24oz of fluid, give or take. Nowhere near factory if that is your concern.

It's got a 19.5 oz capacity, which is definitely less than OEM but it also has to fit in that space behind the headlight.
