What'd the shop charge you to install these accessories? I'm curious about the cupholder illumination and door handles, in particular.

I've also wondered if the OEM LED strip in the front doors could be installed in the rear doors. I'm honestly not sure if anyone has tried it yet, but it seems like it would be a nice little touch (assuming one could run wiring from the rear doors and tie them into the LEDs in the front doors).
I got a local car club member to do the install. So if I gave you the cost, I don’t think it would be helpful and a good representation of the labor/time involved.

I didn’t do the measurements but something to keep in mind is that while the length of the rear sill might fit, it might not sit completely flat. But as with all things, it’s possible to wire it for the rears also

Oh I don't think the door sill for the front will fit the space in the back--I was referring to the red LED strip next to the door handle. I'd like to have those in the back to match the front.

I have the illuminated door sill trim, and I'm honestly underwhelmed with it. I should've done more research before ordering them, it's on me. I had the illuminated sills installed in my DE5 and those were much better, in my opinion. I'm hoping Honda updates the accessory for 2024, I'd pay to get something a little more like the Integra illuminated sills.

I have a set of the Type-R pattern projectors I'm waiting to install--Cox Motor Parts in the UK carries them, and the price was honestly pretty good, if you're interested in getting them.

While I agree the side sills illumination is weak, on the work type R lights up and not the border like you shared picture of for the ITS. But apparently the ones for the FK8 is worse, just the letter R lights up.
Most of these illustrations accessories are still not available for the US market. I think just making them available will be good enough for the interim.
After I get the footwell lights installed, I’m done with lighting. Feel like driving around a glow stick.

The sills just look cheap. I was thinking about installing them yesterday, pulled them out of the box and then... put them back in.
I remember when you bought the car how disappointed you were in the sills. This is an L for sure on Honda. I also thought about adding them and just couldn't do it. Too chintzy for my liking. I'm good with no door sills. If you absolutely have to have door sills I would look at these:

They're not cheap, but they look a hell of a lot better than the door sill accessory we have stateside and they're OEM.

@Clark_Kent, someone mentioned upgraded footwell lighting... am I right in thinking you added the red LEDs under the seats? Or is there an upgraded LED available for under the dash area as well?

I did not upgrade footwell or under seat lighting. I believe you're referring to this accessory: https://jdmyamato.com/products/y04-ho0005-00017

If my memory serves me well, @JDM_DOHC_SiR is the member you're thinking of.
Thank you for that redirection! I'm thinking the footwell lights in this kit may be what we get standard here in the US, but Japan may get red LED's under the seats as well?

I think I've driven my FL5 ~4 times at night, but now that I'm heading down this path, I guess I kinda like the idea of driving a glow stick when/if I do use the car at night. šŸ˜†

Similar to you, I've driven my FL5 at night maybe twice so not sure on the interior lighting differences between JDM and USDM. @JDM_DOHC_SiR will likely be able to provide some perspective. FWIW, from what I recall reading, that kit is a beast to install. Good luck! šŸ˜‚
