Anyone used Black Hawk for Wheels?

I inquired on various wheels and availability, always got a response. Nothing but great experience so far, and some fairly quick shipping considering shipping from Japan.

Were you asking for different finishes, sizes, or models that weren’t listed on their website, or just different wheels they had listed?

Both - and had always provided an estimated delivery time. I had inquired about Advan GTs in Racing Sand Metallic finish, 18x9.5, which wasn’t listed on their site at the time. Replied saying they’d have to get with Advan, soon after got back to me saying estimated wait was 10 months.

For those who do routinely get responses back from BHJ, how are you initiating contact? I think my problem is filling out the form on the website. I feel like that's about a 10% success rate overall vs just emailing direct but curious about others' experiences.

email them with either the part # of interest or a link to the part of interest and theyre usually very fast

I've had success via both the Contact Us form and [email protected]. I presume it flows into the same inbox. There have been a couple of occasions when I had to follow up, but generally they're very responsive. JDM Yamato is also a move. I've purchased a fair amount from them as well. Kazuhiro is responsive and eager to help.

I’ve contacted them through FB messenger and got a response within one business day.

I'm also considering ordering wheels but with the lead time it takes to build and ship, I am worried there might be a crazy tariff on them by the time they reach the states. Did you end up ordering?

I ended up ordering a set of BBSs from System so I didn’t order my wheels from them. I too was worried about the tariff BS.

I do plan on ordering an exhaust from them later this year since it’s not sold by any vendors in the US. Hoping that the tariffs don’t screw me when it gets stateside.

I’m not positive but I think if it’s under $800 you don’t get hit with the tariff
