You guys are so funny. The eye tracking doesn't need a cloud connection to send off your data or track you. It just makes the car beep.
I will be able to laugh when I see a legit video on how to disable that criminal "feature" on a 2027 FL5.
Until then, this Texan stands that that kind of Orwellian tech is completely criminal, and shall be disabled by all free vehicles owners.
(Was gonna say something else about treason and gravity and ropes, but I'll save that for another time.)

It's surveillance regardless. Let's be honest, would you even be able to drive your manual car while intoxicated or tired? I know my ability decreases dramatically. All the eye tracking does is yell at you to pay attention, if I'm tired enough to lose my manual driving skills, it won't do anything

It's not mandated where I live, that's a E.U and U.S.A thing!
So do you know if this "tech" going to go to Canada as well, or are there going to be one or more different North American versions of the 2027 FL5?

I'm in Texas. Seems like we should be e exempt from most of these BassAckwards supposed new "U.S." laws.
I'm still completely floored that eye tracking could be remotely legal inside the good ole U.S. of A. ...

Why dafuq did I even bother spending 4 years of my youth in the military, if it wasn't for

MY FWECKIN FREEDOM!?!?!

Unknown. We also don't have TPMS mandated here, so my FL5 doesn't have the system in the infotainment.

WAIT hold the heck up. Where does it even say the 27 FL5 has eye tracking? All I see is the Driver Monitor, which is done using the EPS steering by analyzing your inputs.

I don't know.
I'm just jumping to conclusions, like any good American would do.
Can you blame me?

I think there was some confusion about the new Honda sense

Was some confusion... or still... IS?

Edit:
Because I'm still presuming the worst, A.K.A. gubmint mandated surveillance.

I really hope that I'm overreacting, and that I am wrong.

Heated cloth seats not needed.

Honda engines are benchmarked by other automakers because they reach operating temperature the fastest. My FR-S took twice as long to reach temperature vs. our Honda's.
This honestly is really nothing to brag about and is a good thing in a performance car. For a regular car then yeah its good but this is all for emissions.

One of the reasons why these cars struggle with overheating and need more cooling like the dual oil coolers and upgraded radiator is because systems like that. The engine doesn't have headers, it has a headifold design where it repumps exhaust gasses backing into the engine to warm up the catalytic converters faster to reduce the engine being cold (cold engines increase emissions)

I am probably in the minority, but I’m pretty happy I don’t have an alcantara dashboard. Seems like it would be impossible to clean and I bet it fades in the sun over time. Heated seats are a nice unexpected add, but this isn’t a winter car for me. I’m not sure why they put effort into the brake pedal and the rev match. Zero complaints about either system. I do love the new gray, it looks great with the new black lip gloss around the lower grille. I don’t think that new lower grille insert is gonna look good on a CW car.
Wouldn't the black plastic dash fade faster than the Alcantara?

For the rev match, the system is kind of weird and is a bit glitchy, so I wonder if they made a software update for it.

For the pedal feel, I do wonder what was changed. Hopefully @savagegeese will be able get better details
