@MooMoo Thanks! Weird…toward the beginning he said it affects suspension ONLY. Maybe he misspoke or forgot the detail that steering is also somehow affected (until later when explaining the customization settings). Note that the guy working the booth said he’s not technically inclined either. ...

I don’t sense any difference in steering…but what you’re saying makes sense. I mean, steering feel is obviously affected by the suspension. As the suspension is a little softer (with the ITS ADS), then steering might feel a bit softer / slower even if it’s not actually slower.

A tune will void your warranty, but will maximize gains of bolt-ons. Bolt-ons alone (without a tune) are VERY unlikely to affect warranty unless they are the obvious cause of any problems.

I guess Honda is hoping only a small percentage of them are badly deformed, in which case the current fix will take care of the majority of others. For those who run into the problem again, because the gear is badly deformed, then perhaps the rack will be replaced (and would have the fix already...

If you need to let the car sit for 2-3 weeks, it’s really not a problem. If you need to let it sit for 2-3+ months, store it properly. I’m sure Arkansas gets some chilly weather, but I don’t think it gets consistently cold enough (for a long enough duration) that you’d need to worry about it...

I’m no expert, but it seems like maybe something is loose in the brake pedal/lever somewhere and needs to be adjusted.

The only known way to make 100% sure it is turned off is to disconnect it. With that said, I don’t hear it in Comfort (Engine Sound) mode…so I’ve left it connected. Is it possible it is still making some sounds? Yes. But if you don’t notice it, does it matter? Personally, the answer no.

LOL! I’m not sure why you’re reposting this in response to my post. I’m talking about something I had read like 4-6 months ago. Someone tested some of the original oil that was still relatively new…maybe 1000 miles or less on it. Jogging my memory, I think they also analyzed the original filter...
