Take a look at this Miami dealer, $2k in profit based fees haha.
Disclaimer:
Prices do not include tax, tag, title, registration, any dealer-installed accessories, or dealer-provided benefits. Additional fees include a pre-delivery service fee of $1,298, a Private Tag Agency Fee of $189, and...
Get out of FL, the dealer doc fees are insane alone, save $500 just going to GA. Go to Carmax and get a trade value on your Si, takes an hour and you can leave with a check. Call every dealer in GA and AL and I guarantee someone will deal at MSRP with no BS addons.
Bought mine from Indiana for MSRP, $1400 enclosed shipping to Texas. Did the whole deal over the phone, easy as pie. Car showed up a week after it arrived to the dealer.
Why not buy a brand new one for the same price out of state and ship it? I would never even consider a used one for more than $40k, the delta to new is just not worth it in any way. Have seen multiple recently for under MSRP even in some of the colder states.
First wash in awhile, we got just a little rain every week for the past month or so and I just haven't bothered to clean it. Interior cleaned up nice aside from the mats without too much effort.
This is such a stupid question but is my Sport dash less bright than others? I feel like I see pictures and its this super bright red but mine seems to be a very dim/faded red. Brightness is turned all the way up as well. Even at night it seems very faded.
Stumbled on something very interesting today. Theres large databases of CGI vehicle images for marketing applications. One of the big ones is EvoX, check out their site looking at Type Rs. Sand Dune Pearl, Solar SIlver Metallic, Meterorite Gray. That said these are showing as 2025 but its very...

Still shows USB-A, so looks like exactly zero changes for the MY26, not even the USB-C ports.
Which is what I do, I coast to the stop sign with the clutch pressed and the gear selector in first. I know its not great but I doubt I'll change my habits anytime soon.
I always heard it wasnt great for the throwout bearing but its how I'm comfortable so doubt I'll change my habits. FL5 is my first car with rev match and it blipping the throttle when I pre-emptively shift to first coming to a stop just got on my nerves.
I do wish the setting wasn't as buried...
I've tried for a decade across S2000s, Miatas, GTIs and now the FL5 and it just doesnt happen. HB
I'm not going to claim this isn't bad, but I haven't killed a clutch in 15 years of manual driving so I doubt its that bad. When slowing to a stop sign I shift to first but keep the clutch...
This is where I am as well, I typically drop to first gear approaching stop signs etc and having the car constantly blipping the throttle was driving me crazy. However I do typically turn it on when driving the backroads as my feet just cannot heel toe and it makes downshifts infinitely easier...
100%, but I thought it was interesting to see that much of a discrepancy and the dealer would not budge even a $1. Drove over to Carmax, left with a check less than an hour later. Lost $2k on the tax credit but to come out $8k above was a win.
My wife and I both sold cars to Carmax this year. Carmax gave her $10k above what the Lexus dealer was offering on trade for her Volvo, $10k difference.....
No one’s going to pay above MSRP for a used one these days so not surprised. I think it’s one of the reasons so many are interested in what’s happening after 2025MY.
