Just to make sure your question is fully answered, YES, the rev-hang fix will remain active even when Sport Mode is off. The Hondata FlashPro "Sport Mode" only affects the boost levels.

I forgot to mention that Hondata also recently added in E85 cold cranking fuel enrichment as a new feature on the basemaps. So, basically, you shouldn't have any issues with starting your car. Normally on high concentrations of E85 the engine can take a little longer to fire up.

Yes, an odd smell like this is normal for a new exhaust, but it would still be wise to check underneath the car and rear bumper to make sure everything was installed properly and looks good.

You could also just use some 3M double sided tape on the bottom if you like. I don't think it is really needed though. Just don't overtighten the top washers.
