An oil change after each track day is good practice but man that gets expensive. But if U can afford it, thatās honestly the best way forward. Tho Iād also send in some samples to black stone. Just to get their opinion on things. Maybe U can drag it out to every 2-3 track days cuz the moly...
You misunderstood or Iām doing a bad job explaining the hill Iām on. Itās probably me. Sorry.
what a person uses, like itās their car. Their money. But if theyāre using some shitty filter why would one conclude āthis oneās great cuz Honda said so.ā When in reality it isnāt.
and there are folks...
So hamp is definitely made in Japan then. Thnx for the info. I appreciate U. This explains its cost. Getting something from there over here makes things a little more expensive for sure and only an idiot would try arguing with the maniacs on the bob is the oil guy forums. A huge chunk of those...
Yes. I said that. And I mean that. You canāt be all like āyeah my 5$ toaster is great enough and if the toaster manufacturer says itās enough for my type of bread then thatās good enough for me ā it seems as if youāre being a bitā¦.. U know?

No one here pays your car note bro. If youāre cool with worse filtration and worse flow. Go for it man. Donāt let anyone here put their hands in your pocket. šš½
I for one will run top tier certified premium fuel. Even tho Honda doesnāt ask for it. Much better oil. Even tho Honda doesnāt ask for...
Folks pass on the Honda oil cuz idemitsuās base stock is āok but not greatā, so theyāll move on to a far more superior oil. Yet they sit here happy with a shit filter. Wild

No idea on this platform but on the mk7 GTI. They have to upgrade the hpfp to use port injection. And even then itās wise to also address the lpfp if swapping the turbo for something significantly larger than the stock is20.
some cats do the port injectors and lpfp. And just use the damn thing...
Correct. Only issue with the hamp is its price. Only because cheaper filters that perform the same or better exist. For folks worried about warranty, canāt go wrong with the hamp. Itās a solid option imo.
