If you're just street driving, I'd do dixcel M pads, front and rear. Virtually no brake dust, inexpensive, and plenty of performance for the street.

I'm saying take it to Honda and tell them your new car has failed smog tests twice since you bought it. Have them diagnose and fix the issue whatever it may be. That will not cost any money.

Why would taking it to Honda cost you money? You're probably on your second tank of gas so I think you're covered.
