I have the 275/35/19 PS4 AS for winter because where I'm at we get about 4 months where the temps get too low for the summers. They are my favorite A/S, even above the Conti DWS but they are a massive downgrade from the stock summer tires. If you are in SoCal why bother with A/S tires at all?

If 1/10 tanks are bad (Wild guess), the odds of getting 2 back to back are 1/100. Unless you really want a better looking tank I'd just keep on trucking. Some of the aftermarket tanks are having issues of their own.
