Tedward the youtuber had a random misfire in one of his Si's cylinders last year. Same thing as you. Shut off the engine, waited a bit, turned it back on and the misfire never reappeared. Since all four cylinders went off in your case, I'd also take it to the dealer for documentation and history...
Oh wow, you managed to get a Hatch ST 6MT. Did you have to wait a long time to get one in? Any mark up over MSPR?
Edit: Also, would you mind taking more photos of your car, please? The bronze on white is a great look that I'm thinking of doing.
I also see you downsized from 235's to 225's. Any...
You should use what Honda recommends, which is 0W20.
1.5T average fuel economy is known to rise even with 2000 miles on the odometer as the engine fully breaks in. If you are still in the break in phase, you should expect lower fuel economy. Report back at 4000 miles or so.
Geez, where is this road? I'm guessing either Kentucky hills region or rural Virginia. I wish we had roads like this in Michigan. M-22 up north is similar but lacks the bobs and weaves that this road has.
I think #6 is the part you need. I'm not sure if the pipe comes with the bracket, though.

This set up caught my eye. Love the look. Would you mind taking more photos of it please? I'm also wondering how far the wheels stick out from stock. Are they flush with the fenders? Any poke?
Also, how is the turn-in on the 265/40R18's compared to stock?
There is a ton of info on the forums. CivicX is the place to start. Just start googling.
Resources:
The 1.5T has a huge aftermarket tuning scene. Check out this thread on CivicX and start from there. Do your research. Off the shelf tunes from Hondata, Phearable, and 2Step are reliable, just...

Many drivers wonder whether breaking in a new car is still necessary or if this practice has been superseded with the advances in technology. The answer? Yes and no...

I'm looking to buy an Si soon. Agree with all your Pros: slow car fast, mpgs, shifter. Wow, its good to hear that the Si might have better steering feel than BMWs.
Cons:
FWD - can't do anything about that, unfortunately
No Heated Seats - I don't mind the lack of heated seats. Cloth seats...
I think I know what you're describing. In my beater Scion xB 5MT, 1st gear is always sensitive to off-throttle applications, so much so that in most low speed situations (parking lots, drive way), I start and stay in 2nd because its less touchy. I have to slip the clutch a bit more, but I do it...
Thanks for the reply! One more quick question: what is that matting on your front dash? I'm guessing its either to reduce glare or temperature related?
I tried looking up OEM parts and part numbers this weekend from sites like www.hondafactoryparts.com, honda.oempartsonline.com, and hondapartsnow.com, but it seems like barely any parts are listed. Do anyone know of a site or a resource with a full set of parts?
This is in the FL5 section, but I take it the part numbers that were posted work for all Civics? Are the side view mirrors the same between all Civics (except for the blinkers vs. non-blinking)?
