You would need a spacer. But we made it super easy to figure out. We have a wheel template fitment guide on our website. Designed to help you figure out how much clearance you have.
Not so much a break in but the NVH is more pronounced in the cold. And right now in WA it's cold lol. The poly will settle a bit over a week or so but really not too much more. As @Xtelotatichl mentioned its a trade-off in some regards.
