Where did you find that info? I thought, up to this point, nobody has known where the next Type R was being built?
Other than rumors, that it would now be built in the US…
So what you’re saying is, all the dealership managers etc already know their allocations, etc, they just aren’t willing to let anyone know that?
Just stinks that no dealership I’ve talked to knows anything regarding allocations etc, and I’ve talked to a ton, but in Canada it seems like...
Dude, the US has 10 times the population of Canada. Of course they are going to sell more than 180/year. Canadas population is like 38 million, it’s like the population of California alone.
To be fair, at the end of the thread after the entire title, not something that’s obvious, considering all the people who’ve posted thinking this was somewhere other than Canada.
how about we lead with the Canada part?
Boy, I do feel lucky that where I’m at hasn’t been inundated with people trying to reserve one, but I have yet to talk to a single dealer who would guarantee me anything, until they have allocations.
Be careful man, if you say anything about stuff like this, some people on here get super worked up. You have to stick to the approved message.
“All Type Rs will have a minimum of a $25k markup, and nobody will ever get one. Nobody.”
Guess, for a change, it’s not so bad to be in the US.
From what I keep seeing, it’s so easy to get on a waitlist in Canada, and just put your deposit down, and done. (Sarcasm)
