GR Corolla is unatteinable in Canada this year. Not really sure why, don't think they made a lot of them at all for 2023. Not that I was going to get it, I'm waiting for CRT even if I have to wait for 2024.
That being said, stand your ground guys, don't overpay :p at least not too much over. I...
Expensive oil change? I'd be doing my own, you'll probably have to import the oil from Germany.
Beautiful car though. I would probably never buy a new BMW due to unreliability and cost of maintenance, wonder if older ones are more reliable?
I'm actually shocked this car wont be coming with those stock, but I will skip the folding mirrors here in Canada. Sometimes when your car is covered in ice and snow, you don't really want your mirrors to fold in or out on their own.
But that could be a pretty fun project to do on your own or a...
My Golf R got totalled this July, I had new car replacement policy on it so overall I didn't end up too badly off. It got hit while it was parked on the street. No more parking cars on the street for me, driveway only.
So I was very happy to find out that a new CRT was coming.
No way, I think end of November, if you don't mind paying ridiculous prices, you will be able to take possession.
I think in Canada maybe January? I'll gladly wait until March, don't really want to take it in the winter but wouldn't say no if I could.
You can't go wrong with an M2, that could be a collectors piece in the future. Can't even compare gr86 to it, that's not even a sports car. And supra is just a BMW anyway :p
Guess not much more to get for this car atm. Eventually would be nice to see what rims people decide to get for their 2nd set.
I'm considering some accessories too, especially foot light and side step garnish.
Alcantara rim tho, you're not worried about wear? Might have to drive with gloves...
We still have 2021 LE on Autotrader in Canada for 89k ;p looks like noone wants it here.
Dont blame people, for that price I'd get a Ginetta.

I just dont get how you flip it for 100k, especially the fk8 unless it was the LE edition. Even then it's still way over asking.
I wanna say with the current market, maybe worth waiting for prices to drop. Worse case you get one next year? I would email every dealer in your state to find an...
Just realized M2 has manual. manual + rwd + eLSD I'm assuming, that'd be one hell of a fun car to drive. Especially since BMW is known for best in class handling and feel. You can never go wrong with that, as long as you have the money to maintain it.
I think M2 is one of the better looking...
Not that I can afford a BMW, but I am not a big fan of their new looks. They ruined pretty much every model for me. If money was not an option, I would probably daily a m340i. But again for me manual is a must, and that pretty much narrows the field down to 3 to 4 cars.
So ya for size and daily...
I personally would not recommend 19in winter tires. If I am not mistaken you will only find overpriced performance winter tires that are horrible on snow and ice. I would def go for 18 in Michelin x-Ice snow or something similar.
And ya I never noticed the taillight, I'll probably have to live...
I personally have seen over MSRP, illegal or not some try to do it. Maybe the sales guy was pretty sketchy? You could be right I have a hard time finding over MSRP but here is one example...
I have seen markups in Canada, but a lot easier to find honest dealerships. When I was shopping around, kia stinger for example was marked up 4k over MSRP, but I did contact mulple Honda dealerships and they pretty much all said they will stick to MSRP.
Hey all, I personally feel like FL5 wont need any mods to the engine, feels like it's been tuned to perfection. You know items such as bov, cold air intake and such. The only performance mod I might consider is aftermarket exhaust to improve sound (after I hear it in person).
That being said...
