I believe that the Engine setting is the only one that affects the valve in the exhaust, while the Engine Sound setting affects the piped in sound. This thread has some posts by @Jester04 that shows the flap settings for the various engine settings...

Just curious what others are seeing for oil pressure on a warmed up engine. I’m seeing about 20 psi at idle and around 0-75 psi while cruising at 50mph in 5th gear. Coolant temp in these examples is 175F and oil temp is 161F. I have about 700 miles on the car now. Is the 20psi at idle “normal”?

I listened to that with headphones and I still can't hear any squealing sound.
