It looks like a cardboard body kit you'd see on some troll at Stancewars every year.
  2. Japanese Market Info: 2023 Civic Type R Ordering, Production Volume, Deliveries

What are you expecting to see from a Japanese review that hasn't been shown yet? It's not going to be entirely the same car as the export model we'll receive anyway. Brief summary seems to be that an FL5 will be auctioned in Japan, even though purchase contracts stipulate that owners will not...

Honda imports a lot of parts and materials, so the cost to build increases as the yen weakens as well. The net effect on US pricing is probably not that huge. FWIW it looks like the same demo unit that people have been spotting for the last month or so. Nothing has been connected to any of the...
  4. Expect less FL5’s

Yes... I said it was made in the US. And?
  5. Expect less FL5’s

ITS is made in the US. Hasn't been officially announced yet, so who knows?
  6. vs GR Corolla

The other hard part is aftersales service. The Hyundai dealers I've visited in the area aren't super fun to talk to, and it seems crappy sales/service experience is pretty common across the board.
  7. FL5 Type R is last one?

The so-called induced demand for EVs is laughably wasteful as well. Just look at the EV graveyards in China.
  8. FL5 Type R is last one?

Sure, has nothing to do with the fact that infrastructure and equipment for said explosion was much cheaper and had much lighter immediate effects on other infrastructure systems. Software and hardware are totally the same thing, right?

I recommend reading more about how specific recycling processes work. The question of energy required isn't of "if," but is actually of "how much," and the answer is usually "very, very high." The chemistry is cool though. Have you seen NileRed's demonstrations?

Not enough of a hit to drop prices, if that's what you mean (similar story here in PNW). The properties already sold are still gone. Some pressure on the supply has eased, but at the same time, demand for property from other factors hasn't, and it's not like supply was able to expand with any...
  11. FL5 Type R is last one?

The problem is, currently, procuring fresh raw materials now is substantially cheaper than recycling, which is why so little recycling happens. Think about how much raw material must be exhausted before recycling cost can reach parity (there will be pressure in both directions, but still). And...

Not sure where to post this either, but the caption seems to say FL5 production in October may be higher than planned? ? I don't think Honda is planning on artificially limiting the supply of FL5. First, it contradicts the heritage of CTR as an affordable, approachable sports car. Second...

Any chance Type S might be AWD? Or is that getting too close to TLX?

The official FL5 reveal was about 3 months after GRC, so maybe we'll hear pricing 3 months after as well. I guess that'd be December.

You sure about that? Plenty of people have been buying them. The waits were pretty long in spring, but it's easing up now since a bunch of new-ish used ones flooded the market due to high trade values. 2022 Clubs were sold out by June or July IIRC. Love you too buddy ♥ it's all in good fun

I feel bad for whoever's job it is at the dealer to flip through new posts from here everyday. You sound like a dumber version of RoidRage

Those mattresses look awesome, almost like they're specifically made for hatchbacks with the bit sticking out into the rear doors. After a little searching, I think they might be a variation of one of these.

For $60k, I'd get an 86 and an ND2. Best of both worlds. Job done. You can't get bit if you're moving! (Says the guy with 2 convertibles lol)
