I still don't love the exterior design but it seems like an affordable W in the performance compact segment. With a new Integra coming there's no way it was getting more power.
The auto rev match is a nice (but unnecessary) bonus. Pumping fake engine/exhaust sounds through the speakers into the...
@administrator is there anything that can be done on your end with Google to get the site whitelisted or something? Every time I follow a link from CivicX to a post on CivicXI I get a warning that I may be going to a suspicious site using a similar name.
Awesome write up guys. While I don't agree with some of the aesthetic decisions of the 11th gen so far its undeniable Honda is continuing to push development on the Earth Dreams 1.5T. I can see a ton of crossover (lessons learned) from the K20C1/C4 from the 10th gen Accord and Type R.
Looking...
It was never even possible to get a 2.0 hatch here in Canada for the 10th gen.
We had LX, Sport, Sport Touring. They all had the 1.5T and all had the full touchscreen display headunit.
VTEC isn't really needed on the inlet side. Variable lift doesn't matter so much when you can just cram boosted air into the engine.
I don't know about other markets but in the USDM, only the Accord 1.5T got VTEC on the exhaust cam. All the 1.5T Civic had no VTEC in any form. The K20C1/K20C4 in...
Could see about a mid cycle update but right now it looks like sedan only.

It is definitely more of a gran coupé / fastback design than a traditional hatch. Although people also said the 10th hatch was more of a station wagon compared to the RSX/Integra lift back.
The body text says the LX and Sport have the 2.0 NA and EX/Sport Touring have 1.5T. The table says all but LX has 1.5T? A 2.0 sport / 1.5T sport touring is a cool setup. Could get either engine with a manual option.
I wish they had figured out how to have a fully flat hatch/cargo area. That's...
I am curious to see if you are right. We have already seen leaked test mules that point to an Si sedan, but who knows for sure if that's what it was.
I also think the product stack would be very crowded with a sport touring hatch (if manual) vs Si hatch vs Type R. But time will tell.
