I put the final build pics here: https://www.civicxi.com/forum/threads/2023-ctr-lego-champions-build.52842/
Seemed fitting for it to be in the build section. 😁
They custom made it... But it looks 100% real. It's got a "real" instruction book, and little plastic numbered bags and everything. It's incredible. I'll post more pics once I start opening it up to build it.
Didn't happen at home. Either at the gym garage or work garage.
Work security checked and cant tell. They only have coverage at the gates. The Pro Club security will check tomorrow. Seems like they have a good angle on where i park, so if it was there they'll be screwed.
Make sure they took the transport blocks off of your civic. They had left mine on which made it a little bit stiffer than I expected. Once I took them off and drove around in comfort mode it felt almost exactly like my SI from a suspension point of view.
It was kinda fun... Don't get to use my floor jack often enough... Doing the first one took about 10-12 minutes (counting taking photos). Second one (no photos, just business) took 3 minutes. Easy Peasy.
STEP 1: Jack the car up...
STEP 2: Locate the three blocks secured by 4 zip ties.
STEP 3: Cut first bottom zip tie on the front block (I don't think order matters, this is just what I did)
STEP 4: Wiggle block to create space to get to top zip tie; cut top zip tie
STEP 5: Wiggle first...
Yes, I just did. Took a bunch of pics, and I'll post a new thread so if anybody else is in this situation and wants to do it themselves, they'll have something to go by. It wasn't hard at all, but ... still might help someone in the future.
I appreciate all the help here folks!

Here's a...
Wow!! good call. Just checked and you're right! The transport blocks are still there, zip tied to the springs on both sides in front. Are these user removable? Lift it up on jack and cut the zip ties and pull out? ... or should I visit the local dealer?
Literally. Can't. Stop. Smiling.
Type R delivered on transport to my house Sunday morning. Sold my 2018 Civic Si that afternoon at CarMax.
I keep making up reasons to go places, so I can drive my Boost Blue Type R. "Honey, do you need anything from the store? Are you sure? I can go get...
