Might end up going with a GR86. Prefer coupe over sedan or hatch anyway, plus manual and rwd. Should be fun to drive and way cheaper for sure (and no massive dealer mark ups).
I have a set of Weathertech mats in my current car, and they're great. If they make a set for the civic, and make it available in red to match the CTR carpet, I might get that. I absolutely hate red, but for some reason, I like the red inside the CTR.
Think I would definitely prefer to nave the CTR as a sedan over a hatch. This looks good, but will probably never happen.

Yes, I live in Colorado, and unfortunately have owned many cars without A/C, and sweat my ass off every time the temp gets above 75°. So sad.... and irrelevant. Why are you continually bashing shit I've said when I've done nothing but state an opinion, like your dumb, and every other member on...
For most manufacturers, ventilated and cooled are the same thing. I thought my tone was the same... not here to sh!t on what other people like, just stated my opinions, like everyone else here that didn't get this reply from you. So let this be the last of it since this is now getting way off...
That's essentially what I said.
We are all free to like what we like, and that's not a problem. If I could get a CTR with ventilated seats without them being heated, I'd do that, even though they'd likely be heavier than a heated seat. It's what I like. However, more top of the line vehicles...
This would be a drastic upgrade to my DD, which this would replace, short term. Would take my Kia Forte coupe out of commission for a while to do a much needed engine swap (shitty Kia engine defects). Then once that's replaced, the CTR would end up being a weekend sort of car, and a collector...
On a CTR, heated seats really aren't needed, same with the auto engine shutoff. My wife's '21 Sorento has the auto shutoff, and it's really annoying to have to hit the button to disable the system every time I start the damn thing. Paired up on a manual car makes no sense to me. Heated seats on...
To each their own, definitely not a problem there. One of my favorite cars is the 95-99 Eclipse. Love that the car is just smooth curves everywhere. That might be what draws me to the new Type R. I like the headlight treatment on the 10th gen, but not much else other than the overall aggressive...
Lol, Let them hate, more for the rest of us. My old project car from years ago (profile pic) was no exception to the ricer treatments. Not mine per say, but that car in general. Seen so many horribly molested by the retards of the enthusiast community. Very sad in the end, for any car to get...
Sadly we will be at the mercy of whatever shows up I guess. Originally I was gonna go with just an Si, but my Honda dealer ended up emailing me, after I went in for test drive only to find none in stock, that stated, "we are treating the Si like the Type R due to high demand and no stock, so no...
