Yes scrub radius is effected by the diameter of the wheel and tire. As scrub radius is the intersection point of a diagonal line through suspension components and the contact patch. Increasing diameter introduces a negative adjustment to the scrub radius. Wheel-size.com estimates this...

Very excited to get an FL5 but its not due until Feb'23. As I understand, the FK8 always started in Sport mode and you had to change it to comfort each time you used the car. Looking at the FL5 manual, it restarts in the last mode unless its turned off in +R. Unless I have misunderstood...
