There really is not a lot to say here… Excellent condition 2023 Sonic Gray Civic Type R with 4600 miles. Located in the Chicago area in IL.

Stock with no modifications. No accidents, never smoked in, garaged every single night since brought home. Driven by an adult.

Only things done to it are:
- 3 Yr Ceramic Coat
- 20% Ceramic Tint all around, except windshield

I also have a 18” Winter wheel/tire set (18x8 Voxx Lago wheels & Continental VikingContact 7 tires) I’ll throw in.

Price w/Winter Wheels and Tires - $47,000
Price w/o Winter Wheels & Tires - $46,000

I’m aware new units are being sold for msrp at dealers now. However, the ceramic coat, tints, and winter wheel/tire set are over a $3k value. If you buy a new one, these items are typically done anyway. They're already done here.

Those wheels are the winter wheels and I still have the stock/oem wheels.
