does the USB-A to c conversion give more power? My phone keeps saying slow charger
try using an adapter for the lighter socket, it’ll provide more juice

+1 That’s what I did, that 12V paired with a high V capacity adapter gives more than enough power to allow the MagSafe reach its full power delivery.

Also, finally having OEM magnetics that are strong enough to keep the phone from flying while taking turns.

There is a seller on Etsy that sells basically the same for awhile. Pretty good since it uses whatever MagSafe charger puck you want - the newly announced MagSafe goes beyond the 15W that I have.

Yep, saw that and think theirs looks great, but why spend $23 when I can use my $800 printer, a kilo of filament for test prints, and multiple hours over the course of a week tweaking mine to look “just ok?” 🤣

Morning, folks!

I decided I was done with the garbage charge pad but also didn't want to fork over a ton for the Canadian version and some of the other options I've seen around, so I decided to learn just enough about 3d print design to make my own and am sharing the model here for others if you're interested.

It's not professional, there could certainly be some improvements, and I may make a v2, but for now I wanted to share with the community in case anyone else is interested.

I'm trying to play with the STL file but it doesn't seem to have all the details in the Bambu Labs file. Any chance you can update the STL file? Thanks!
