Here are PICs of the lower housing (there are minor surface level scratches on one side that can be seen in the first PIC):

Here is a side PIC of how the intake would look assembled. The scratches mentioned in the first PIC are between the lower housing and ECU area. When the top section of the intake is installed, those scratches are not visible.

Sale price is the same. Since there are minor scratches on one side of the lower housing, I will also add a second brand new GruppeM filter (part number GMR-0945).
