Hey guys I’m gonna be installing a hard wiring kit for my dash cam and it contains a tap a fuse but I don’t quite know what fuses to tap into inside. I’m looking for something that runs power even when vehicle is off? Any ideas

thanks in advance

I was gonna try this myself, but I do not know where the grounding screw or wire is located inside the interior fusebox area.

Dash camera is a Vantop 612T with hardwire kit. I have two fuse taps. One for accessory mode (10A) wondering what to use for fulltime running (20A).

Okay so I have information about the grounding wire inside and which ones to tap into. I tapped into #10 fuse DOOR LOCK (20A) for alltime running and #45 fuse ACC (10A) for accessory mode.

I do have a diagram of where the grounding locations are inside, I'll post them later tomorrow morning. According to the diagram there's 2 grounding areas. I used the driver side ground. Rather than the passenger since I couldn't exactly see the ground connection.

Here's the diagram. Bolt holding the ground wire is a 10mm.
I also used a on off on toggle switch to switch between accessory power, no power, and constant power.
