Since we're on the topic of weight, and while I don't want to re-open the tired discussion of missing features on the US Si vs the Canadian Si, it is worth noting that the US Si weighs 2906lbs and the Canadian Si, with all those features, is 1360kg (2998lbs).

So there! The US Si is 92 pounds lighter than the Canadian Si! It's not ALL bad for us in the US.

Looks like a fun car for a good price. Cars getting different standard equipment by country is normal, but I can understand why people would be annoyed at Honda America.

Edmunds lists the SI as weighing 2906 lbs, the BRZ with a manual: 2835 lbs.

A 71 lb difference....quite remarkable IMO

The trunk space on the BRZ is a joke too. I think an S2000 has better cargo capacity.
