How to change the color of Civic FE instrument panel

Hi all,
Im from SG. Just got the latest Civic FE. I would like to know does anyone know how to change the 2 side (Circled) from white to red color. Tried many ways and still cannot figure out. Thanks all in advance.

You can't. That's for the Si and Type-R only.

Put it in sport mode.

Put it in sport mode.

I tried in sport mode, only the top bar above the speed meter is red. Is it when on the move will become red?
