Infinity Design Intake and Turbo Inlet

I installed an Infinity Design Gloss Carbon intake and turbo inlet pipe. The installation was challenging and required some improvisation, as several steps in the instructions didn't match the actual parts. The sound is incredible. There is a noticable change in the throttle as well.

Are you concerned with the harness on the left side of the inlet pipe scratching up the inlet ???

I thought about that. When I installed it I wrapped it with a towel. I might wrap it with something soft. Not sure with what exactly. Any ideas?

When I installed Infinity Design's conduit piping, I wrapped with electrical tape to be safe. I thought about doing the same with the harness.

I got some gold heat-reflective tape but it doesn't seem to provide any anti-abrasive qualities and it doesn't look too good taped on the inlet. Instead I got some

15 Meter Heat-resistant Flame Retardant Tape Coroplast Adhesive Cloth Tape For Car Cable Harness Wiring Loom Protection​

I have not wrapped the harness with it, probably will do it later.

Benny, would you mind redoing the install and filming a step by step tutorial on how you overcame adversities through the install flow? Jk, brother ! This is by far the best looking intake and inlet on the market for the FL5. Looks amazing, and I imagine it sounds even better.

I watched this video, I still faced some differences. For example, ID doesn't manufacturer the connector between the inlet and intake anymore.

So they removed your clamp and didn't replace it. You need a clamp there, buddy.
