They’re near wear bars already front and rear. Pictured are the fronts. All are worn pretty evenly. Psi is no more than 1 psi down from stock front and rear cold. Varied street no track days.

Alignment is good.

Is there a case for warranty?

You may have a case for mileage warranty. Take pics with a penny(make sure Lincoln's head is pointing downward) at various sections of the tires to see how much tread you have left.
If the top of Lincoln’s head is covered by the tread, your tire has more than 2/32” of tread remaining and is legally safe for now

If you can see the entire head, your tread is 2/32” or less, meaning the tire is worn out and should be replaced immediately
