I have a low mileage (14000 miles) 2022 Honda Civic Touring trim. Is there any advantage adding Marvel Mystery Oil to my gas tank? Good or bad idea?

no. use a reputable product if you want to keep the engine clean like HPL engine cleaner. Liqui Moly and Motul also make a similar product. You may also want to consider CRC IVD cleaner to help mitigate the intake valve deposits common on GDI engines. but all this stuff really isn't necessary.

if you want a good fuel system cleaner, Redline SI-1 is the way to go. high in PEA which is what you want.
