Mid Resonator Delete. Plus 27won Down pipe.

Hey guys, here’s some more juicy stuff done to my car. Went to a local exhaust shop and had the middle resonator removed. Last week I installed a down pipe (27won) and it just wasn’t enough exhaust noise for me. I needed more. I really love the factory three tip exhaust system so I wanted to keep that. I also did not want to mess with the rear muffler at all. I wanted to keep the active valve system working. So to make it easy I just removed the middle resonator, that way the front resonator you wouldn’t have to drop the lower body shield. It’s pain. So to me it sounds just right! It’s a very noticeable increase in exhaust volume but not obnoxious at all. I think removing both resonators will be too loud if you like to daily drive this thing. I’ll post a video up shortly later. Here are pictures. Also in reference to 27won downpipe, I’ve put about 150 miles and no check engine light at all!!! Super happy about that.

Yeah, that they are. I might have to go back to have him redo it. The pipe diameter looks smaller than the factory one. I'm possibly considering removing the second resonator also while I'm there. We shall see. No exhaust leaks though. That's a good thing.
