Well…I’m doing a thing. Test drove this yesterday and I’m sold. I gonna do the CVT this time because I’m pushin 40 next year, and my hip could use a break! (Not literally a “break”, lol but to relax from all the granny-shifting and not double-clutching like I should.)

But seriously, I couldn’t pass on the MUCH lower payment.

I’m signing the papers Sunday morning.

For now, here’s the first pics:

Very nice. This color reminds me of a B5 S4 in Nagaro Blue. What did you get out of to get into this? And did you even test drive a 6 speed before giving the old hip a break?

Some time ago, I sold my 2018 Si coupe, and got an Accord in the meantime.
I was gonna get the 2022 Si but they don’t have any colors I’d want, and the stripped down safe version isn’t for me this generation. So I’ll do this cvt hatch for now and we’ll see where Honda goes from here.

congratulations nice car,
The Manual is my choice, it feels incredibly solid and much better than the 10th gen.

Congrats on the upcoming purchase. I'd be interested in this car too, but I'm afraid I would miss the 1.5T too much. Let us know your thoughts on this since you've already had an Si.

First purchase was the all-weather mats ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If this car looks long in pics….it really is LONG in-person!

I wanted boost blue but my wife said it was too bright. Beautiful car!

Thanks, yeah I‘m getting countless comments in person. It’s always either:

1. “That’s a beautiful color.”
or
2. “Holy shit that’s BLUE!”

??

Yeah, you're right. I think it's due to the long, low, flat hood that makes it appear longer than the 10th gen, even though it's probably the same length.

Congratulations. Sweet color. My SI will probably be my last manual car. I'll be 40 come the 11th gen refresh. So if I stick with civic I'll probably do a touring.

Quick review:

1. Honda nailed this chassis/frame. You could feel much less chassis flex compared to its predecessors.

2. Interior is just SO damn good!!!
I especially love how it’s all blacked-out on the Sport.

3. Obviously the 2.0L isn’t “ideal” as we all know, but for my daily commute, (approx 2.5 miles) power is irrelevant.

4. Very happy with this decision.??
