Hey everyone, I have a 2025 FL5 with 32k miles. Over the past month or so, I’ve started hearing a high-pitched “ringing” type of sound behind me while driving. Seems to come from the drivers side rear, but not completely sure on that.
At first I thought it was the brakes (like a rock stuck in the rotor) or something similar, but the sound is completely random. I only hear it while driving, not stationary, but it randomly cuts in and out. Some days I don’t hear it at all. It doesn’t seem to be triggered by any certain speed, and it doesn’t change while braking or accelerating, just randomly appears and eventually cuts out. If I bring the car to a stop, the sound fades.
Anyone have any ideas on what this sound could be? Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a recording of it, but I’ll update this thread if I eventually can record it.
