New horns.

Some of you mentioned about swapping horns while the front end was off. The weather turned super nice and I wanted the front end back on so I did some trial and error for horns and threw it back together. The results are LOUD. Duel HT/LT with a horn pigtail adapter is all I needed. Everyone will hear me now.

I did try hella first and the pin was not correct so I went with another company that just had 2 leads on the back One you can see one is down in the bumper in factory location

Below are the horns that did not work with the 1 pin connector. Do not order these

I love the horns in my MK7 GTI, they sound much like a large American car. I might looked for a wrecked dub and go that route. Bummer that you have to pull the front bumper off.

Sounds actually normal, wish it was easy to swap. When I had a GR Corolla is was so simple and doable without taking the bumper off.
