We’re taking the same larger-diameter flow approach from our downpipe and bringing it to the FL5 front pipe.

3” tubing with 0.049” walls gives us a 2.902” internal diameter while keeping weight down. I really want to focus on keeping flow smooth with my downpipe and keeping the weight minimal. Will this thinner wall work? I will keep testing but lets be honest titanium is way way way thinner so we shall see

Grassroots manufacturing, built around making the FL5 platform better not just making another part.

Still in testing, but we’re getting close.

Looks sweet...IMHO, I would suggest a wider flex section. Titanium should also not be considered at all for the downpipe/front pipe sections.

Looks sweet...IMHO, I would suggest a wider flex section. Titanium should also not be considered at all for the downpipe/front pipe sections.
thank you but its not titanium lol its 304... titanium sounds like crap imo I am not going bigger than 4 inch for the flex section. This is about weight savings and flow. Flex sections actually restrict the diamater and make a choke point on some applications. I tried to avoid that
