Old school JL Audio sound

I just had my subs put in. I wanted that old school sound. I got two JL Audio 10W0 version 1 subs with 1 cubic foot each sealed and a version 1 JL audio 250/1. It sounds perfect with the Bose system. It is perfectly balanced, tight, and accurate. I finally perfected the stereo. It sounds better then any stereo I’ve ever had.

The shop that installed it said they tied in to the signal going to the factory sub. They used a step down

I would like more info on this setup as well. Details on the step down and wiring! Really want to add a nice sub to the factory location and an amp like yours!
