Just got an update from the dealership, and @mbaapk was right! Turns out there was too much water in the gas. They suspect this was causing the latest codes, especially the cylinder 1 & 4 misfires. They're going to drain and re-fill.Could it be a fuel octane issue - too low or shitty gas?
Id have them drain the tank and refill with 93
Nice. If you get a chance, can you post a picture of that specific coupler?Edit:
Last night I got a chance to check over everything. One coupler (factory one) was slight angled wrong. I can't believe that was the cause, but, today...idle is perfect and no CELs. I'll keep an eye on it...but try checking simple stuff like that if you run into the issue again.
What gas station did you use?Just got an update from the dealership, and @mbaapk was right! Turns out there was too much water in the gas. They suspect this was causing the latest codes, especially the cylinder 1 & 4 misfires. They're going to drain and re-fill.
I wish I knew. Between all of our family members' cars and different people driving the Type R, it's hard to trace down by looking at past purchases. What gas station did you use?
So good to hear it was something simple, what a relief!!!I wish I knew. Between all of our family members' cars and different people driving the Type R, it's hard to trace down by looking at past purchases.
