Hey everyone, I'm having an issue with my 2022 Civic. When I approach my locked car with my keys in my pocket, and open the trunk manually via the button above the license plate, the trunk opens and the alarm (horn and flashing lights) turns on. I've done my best to troubleshoot this, I have browsed the in-car menu's and haven't found anything useful in the owners manual. I have confirmed that the locks are working normally, because I have tried to open the trunk without the key in range, and it stays locked and idle as it is supposed to. Has anyone encountered this with their car?

I was experimenting same issue; now using the other remote control (second one provided with the car) and looks that issue is not happening again.
The battery tester indicates that battery from initial control in use needs to be replaced, it should be noticed in the user's manual to avoid any concern on the car body control module function (BCM).
If issue returns by other cause I'll let you know.
