With only 1500 miles on the car and only 60 miles on the tune, please take these comments with a grain of salt. It is very difficult to test the car on back roads where only small windows of acceleration in 3rd gear reveal the true story.

Off idle, light clutch engagement smoothness - The stock throttle control seemed a little finicky when lightly letting out the throttle and trying to maintain a consistent 2-3k rpm while engaging the clutch. This may be my imagination and maybe I am just getting used to the car, but it seems like the phearable tune give more control at part throttle while letting out the clutch. My theory is that at idle the stock tuning may have been too lean which made throttle modulation more difficult.

More immediate power with less throttle - The car squirts ahead with more torque and with less throttle required than before. Maybe my observation is simply that there is more torque, but it seems like the initial bite in power band is more immediate. This results in the car wanting to move out with much less effort. There may be more tickets in my future because the car just wants to go faster now.

No rev hang - Most of my driving has been on country roads with a 35 or 45 mph limit. It is difficult to test the car's true power in anything less than 3rd gear. Observing the pull in 3rd has me around 80 mph or more. Often times there is traffic in front and stock the car didn't want to slow down much with the elimination of throttle. Now off throttle, the car slows more now which is good.

Buttery smooth power delivery - This is difficult thing to describe, but the power delivery just seems smoother, more consistent, more robust with less lag and no holes in the power band. The driving experience is simply more pleasurable. "Buttery Smooth" and "More Linear" is the best way to describe.

Future mods???? - Moving forward, I am not really sure there is any need for more power. I live in the Upstate SC area. Country roads and not much hwy. Even if I were on the highway speeds would likely not be that great. I just moved from California. There were more opportunities for wide open spaces where 100+ mph was the norm where max power can be used. For now, I think I am going to be quite happy with the drivability of the stock car with the tune.

Maybe it is time for tires, suspension and other mods to scratch the modding itch, but power seems more than enough.

Installation - My ECU was jailbroken at the Atlanta event last week. Uploading the file was simple. Just followed Phearable installation instructions. About 5 min upload time. Everything worked right out of the gate. No error codes, and multi tune (5 modes) works. Easiest vehicle I have ever had to tune
