Phearable stage 2 tune problem

I just got my email from Phearable with my stage 2 tune.
I followed the instructions and uploaded it to the car.
when it was done it had no power. Felt like it was in valet/limp mode.
i was able to select different tunes via the cruise control switch thinking it was in valet mode, and it made no difference.
i tried reinstalling the tune, and still had the same issue.
i flashed the Hondata 93 octane tune back to the ecu and that tune works like it is suposed to/ car had its power back.
Has anyone had this issue?
Any suggestions?
I emailed Phearable and am waiting for a reply.

I had no issues flashing mine with stage 2 or 3. I would await John's response.

I’ve heard good things about him/phearable. I’m not too worried, at least I was able to get the stock hondata tune back on it so I can drive it Until we get it figured out.

Update: got an email suggesting I update my hondata flash pro manager.
he recommended the beta version which before I chose not to download because it was a beta. I’m downloading the new software now. Will try it again tomorrow and report back.

Happy to report, after a flash manager update all works as it should.
