Exactly! I was very descriptive with what I was looking for in the color and they narrowed it down it right away, came out better than I imagined. That looks amazing! That is what I consider bronze. A lot of times when I see bronze wheels they’re so dark and more brownish looking than bronze.
I actually asked for them not to be paint matched, took it out of the playbook of Acura with their ITS bronze wheels. They told me I could bring it back to get done after if I wanted too since it was part of the price. I’ll see if it grows on me or it bothers me Appreciate the loveBeautiful color. Looks great!
Too bad they couldn't powder coat the black part of the center caps, but still looks good.
How much was it to powedercoat the wheels? I’m in Miami for work and have been considering a color change.Hello guys! Just got done powder coating my stock wheels Bronze Chrome with a satin finish. Hope this helps anyone looking to do it aswell. If you’re in Miami, the shop that did this for me was Wheels Doctor!
I was on the same boat, but I really like the OEM wheel design. My biggest concern was ensuring they got the color right and after talking a bit the guy knew exactly what I was looking for. Don’t know the brand of powder, but the color is Chrome Bronze with a Satin Finish. That is sick on te boost blue, I have been looking for bronze wheels. That could be the way to go
I’m considering either painting the stock wheels, or jumping to the Apex forged which are very similar to stock but in a more desirable offset.I was on the same boat, but I really like the OEM wheel design. For me the OEM look is excellent, personally the wheels I would like to splurge on in the future are going to be the 19” spoon wheels. Aside from that I rather allocate the 3k+ into other parts for the car, my biggest hesitation was ensuring they got the color right, they gave me a good sense of security in knowing what they were doing and they came though.I’m considering either painting the stock wheels, or jumping to the Apex forged which are very similar to stock but in a more desirable offset.
