Required tightening torques k20C1

Hello,
need help with the tightening torque of the k20c1 valve cover bolts.
Required tightening torques for the bolts:
1) plastic valve cover
2) aluminum valve cover numbers in the diagram 21, 23 and 25
3) vacuum pump bolts numbers in the diagram 20 and 24
4) high pressure fuel pump bolts
5) thermostat housing bolts
