Still having communication problems Laptop to ECU

I'm very frustrated.... Had this problem since day one. Thought it was the USB cord that was provided and replaced that. It worked finally, now 4 months later I want to do a reflash and it will not stay connected long enough to upload a new map.

Any advice guys???

Have you reached out to support?

More often than not the unit is asleep. If it's a V2 often the USB port is not giving it enough power.

Very easy to tell.

V1.2 - If the LED isn't on.
V2 - If you touch the screen and it doesn't turn on for a split second. Or if it's stuck on the boot screen, etc.

If all else fails, simply unplug it from all power sources and plug it back in to reset.

It will read uploading if you've put the tune into a tuning slot. It will say flashing if you're flashing direct the ECU.

Yep I finally realized I was putting the tune into a slot and not clicking flash ECU smh! User error!
