Hi I just got my new fl5 now around 1300 miles
I get straight cut gears sound at 50mph from 4th to 6th gear it gets worse at 6th gear

I took it to Honda they said it's normal for these cars
I already did fluid changes and still same sound

Are you sure it's not tire noise? Michelin's can sing a little at those speeds. You may notice if the road surface is smooth.
My transmission is quiet. Road surfaces are coarse here, so any tire singing is drowned out.

Definitely not tire noise even the Honda foreman said it's coming from the transmission but said it's a characteristic of type r but I don't trust him lol

Cant really tell much from what you posted. The only thing I can tell is it sounds like the same 2 to 3 second clip pasted together for 12 seconds. Honda transmissions do have a little bit of transmission whine, but I normally hear that in lower gears.

So I hear that whine in 2nd gear as well which I heard before the break in period

But after break in period I started hearing same sound little louder at 4-6th gears at 50mph

I have this same sound, and it seems to happen when I'm coasting and pressing the gas, but not enough to where the load is actually on the transmission. Doesn't seem to act up negatively in any way.

Did you ever figure out what your sound was?
