Not as bad of a bath as if think you'd take. Guy took advantage of you big time asking to move manual cars. I woulda asked for MSRP OTD before I even walked in, and after that whole "can you move the cars for us" I woulda asked for more off.Just an update... ended up getting 30k on a trade for a '25 Championship White with 720miles for 47.5k.. Carvana offered 31k cash. Autotrader bombared me with scams.
Brand new infinite/used car dealership opend up shop 2 months ago, "looking to establish a name" and let it roll out the door easily. Showed me what he paid on the computer (not sure if this can be edited to fool me) but he paid 48.3 and said hes just Just moving units, got a truckload of cars coming in, which he did as i was asked to help move cars because noone knew how to drive stick when my car got blocked in by the delivery crew after closing.
Mugen Red floor mat set
Carbon Fiber Spoiler
Blitz Sway bar
Tints (which unfortunately had to be removed by the dealer for inspection)
Flaws: tiny pinhole paint chip on rear bumper and side rear fender. Barely noticeable.
No fix-a-flat kit. (Shouldve swiped the one from the Si when they werent lookin!) I kept the spare tire kit i had purchased so if anyone in NYC area is looking for one for the Si I got you!
Prior owner may have been a cigar smoker. Hard to tell. Very feint smoke smell (not cigarettes). I myself smoke sticks but im going to miss that new car smell.
Anyone have any ideas on odor removal?
(Cabin air filter was spotless)
Another thing, the car had been owned for roughly 10months yet the oil was at 20% at 720miles.
Ive heard this could be due to lenght of time/sitting based on maintenance algorithm. This is my first honda, so please enlighten me.
That said, my mechanic (forner honda tech) approved the vehicle. Very clean. No signs of accidents/paint job.
