You had a chance to walk away when they brought up those charges. It's messed up but you agreed to it. They’ll probably order the locks and give them to you afterwards.
I understand how it happens as it was really hard to negotiate for my car when I really wanted it. I’d say $8K over in Southern California is a pretty fair deal given the current market. People waiting for MSRP will probably have to wait until 2024/2025 when the MSRP will be a few thousand higher anyway.
