TSP STAGE 1 No Lift Shift RPM

I have a 2019 Si with a K&N Intake and KTuner 2.0 with TSP Stage 1 and I LOVE IT ALL

I was just wondering what TSP has set the No Lift Shift RPM at.
It seems whatever RPM I shift at it jumps to redline.

Is it meant to shift at almost redline ? Or should I be able to shift below redline also ?

I believe its listed on the tsp website under the tune
