Using USB Flash Drive in 2022 Civic Hatchback Sports Touring?

Has anybody gotten a USB Flash Drive to work with a 2022 Civic Hatchback Sports Touring? I purchased 3 of them and none worked. I tried NTFS, exFAT, and FAT32.

How is it that it doesn't work? What types of files are you trying to use? 've used on with FLAC files on it to test out. It worked fine though it took quite a while to index the files before I could access them. I'm pretty sure my drive is Fat32. I have a 2023 Si but I think any 11th gen civic will behave the same.
